Daryl J. Sidle, Esq. is a Partner in the Baltimore law firm, Baxter Baker. Mr. Sidle has over 30 years of experience representing individuals and businesses in complex tax, business and estate planning transactions. Dedicated to problem-solving, he regularly advises clients on structuring and documenting mergers and acquisitions, securities private placements, real estate joint ventures, and the internal affairs of professional practices, including those of physicians, accountants, and attorneys. Additionally, he has crafted business succession plans for family businesses and integrated the estate planning of those business owners with their business planning.
Chad Prinkey founded Well Built Construction Consulting in 2021 after spending 13 years with one of the largest business training organizations in the world. For more than a decade, Chad has delivered management and executive-level consulting to over 120 companies and dozens of associations on the topics of enhancing team communication, organizational strategy, business transformation, business development, and more.
